After an attempt to open a contract at a non-service centered & unprofessional cell C branch such as Northgate, I was absolutely pleased with Chrystal's help and competence at the Randburg square branch.

Also, Cell C's call centre was not able to assist when I notified them that BIS was not active as the agent (Barcello) promised that it would be sorted yesterday after he sent 'an escalation email' but alas, no success until a spoke to Chrystal again who sorted it out in just over an hour.

If it was not for Chrystal's assistance, I would have cancelled my contract as my calls were dropping yesterday (Sundowner area) and to add insult to injury BIS was not working on my new contract.

She has assured me that the signal in Randburg is good and that it could have just been the holiday congestion.

I am willing to give Cell C a try and hope for no more issues. Service needs to be consistent across all customer service touch points and an appropriate SLA set for each query, not sending random emails in this modern times & hoping for resolution, results are key such as the effort from Chrystal.

All Cell C staff should take responsibility & own customer problems.
