TELKOM INSTALLERS NOT DOING THEIR JOBS

Last week Friday I was supposed to get my ADSL and telephone line installed.
The installer arrives and within 1 minute tells me he can not get the telephone line to the house and that I need to get an electrician to set it all up for him with a pull wire etc (to make his life easier) and he quickly left obviously anticipating an early Friday.
This is all obviously the duty of the Telkom installer and now I'm left having to pay an electrician R1000 as well as no internet or telephone for another 2 weeks or so.
This is completely unacceptable.
