Not keeping promises

I am logging a complain about the incentive department at huawei mobile. I'm a cosultant at one of vodacom's stores, we were told that for each and every huawei cellphone we sell we get an incentive. Its been almost a month that I have made a claim, till today I haven't received anything yet. Through the investigation that I conducted, I found out that I'm not the only sales consultant complaining.
