PLEASE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH AUTOPAGE

Since my contract ended 2 months ago I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I do not have a debit order but that never seemed to be a problem until my contract ended. Now I have to pay an admin fee of R15 pm. I pay my account regularly so what is that for??? This is not the end of the story. I make use of their MYACCOUNT and check my balance before I pay which I did this month and even screenprinted the statement but lo and behold I receive a demand sms a day after I payed, that my account is in arrears by R60.86. I phone and their system is not working and I must phone back later. I do just that and speak to another agent who cannot help me and I ask to speak to a manager and get told they have gone home. I ask her to get a manager to phone me and I send a request via their website. I receive a sms the following day that the call has been logged but no response. Yesterday I get a call from Keenan from acc. and I ask him do I have to make payment on a daily basis now. He admitted that their website & my statement differs. Whose fault is that? Why do they have their useless MyAccount. I have not used my phone today but the amount has now escalated to R109
