Excuse after Excuse

I went to the Glen store around the end of April Biginning of May for a pair of simple black wedges, I had asked if they had it in my size to which they replied they did not but i could write down my name and the will contact me once they have it in store. (They failed to mention that the stores are not connected and they have to phone to see which store can send to them) I am 100% sure they did not contact the other stores becuase I went in last weekend to see if they had them and they still did not, but they did ask could I go to Eastgate to get them I said I will get some one to get them for me but if they dont fit will I get a refund, they replied YES (but again failed to mention it will be a credit note and that I will have to return it to the store they were purchased at) The person who picked them up for me droped them off and they did not fit, I then went out of my way to Eastgate to return them and then found out I will get a credit note and not a proper refund.

I have been complaining to head office but no one wants to assist.
