MTN breaks phone and then ignores the custome

Handed my phone into MTN Eastgate store on the 17/12/2012. MTN have not contacted me and have utterly ignored my complaint. I have collected my phone from the MTN repair centre at east rand (who say it was received with a dent and I should take it up with the Eastgate store where the phone was handed in in 'GOOD CONDITION'.
Vivian (Eastgate store manager) is getting no help from higher up and seems not to be able to make any decisions without authorization from above.
Can somebody please help me as to how I get MTN to do anything. I have done all the leg work so far without an answer from MTN.
Funny how contracts can be signed in an hour and a new phone allocated, try and get it fixed!
MTN damaged my phone, please replace it.
