Becareful who you sign with

Our company needed pabx systems installed for our telephone lines, internet and so on. We located a company called Telecell Pmb which gave us a quote for a panosonic system which we accepted. At first all was well, he installed the system and every thing seemed fine. Then we started to realize that we have less telephone connections that agreed upon. They came back to sort out this and changed the card in the system to accommodate more lines. A couple days later we realized that we still have less telephone line connections as agreed upon. Guess what that card they put in was still the incorrect card for the telephone line requirement we requested. Besides this when phoning the guy to come repair, he said he would be there in the afternoon and a week later nothing a no show. This happened on more than one occasion. Is it fair that we have to phone this company and beg them for service I think not...
