Dropped Calls and Bad Signal in Northriding area

We are a business operating from an office block in Northriding - Northlands Business Park in Newmarket Road. All the staff members who are on Vodacom, keep experiencing dropped calls and very bad signal when at the office. I am on MTN and have absolutely no problem. We have reported it a few times and keep being told that there is a tower planned for the area and they cannot give us an ETA. My boss uses his cellphone a lot for business, and he cannot afford to wait a few months or a year for a tower to be installed in our business park. He is now moving over to MTN.

We have only really experienced this problem since the beginning of the year, so I think the problem is due to the fact that the area is becoming overcrowded now. There are new business parks and offices being built all around us. REF: EC-ZHZY-1E962S.

I would like to know how we go about cancelling his contract or downgrading because he actually cannot operate like this, and it is just unfair to expect him to continue paying a very high contract amount when he cannot make or receive a proper phone call. I would appreciate it if I could get a Managers contact details to submit a letter of complaint.
