Still not resolved

Mtn responded to my previous complaint - the response was most unhelpful - I returned the phone on the 9 nov 2012 - they are now sayin that I used the phone on the 13jan2013.
This smacks of. Mtn needs to resolve this and soon - behaviour is unacceptable.
