Since end of November 2012 the 3G Broadband service was supposed to be changed over to 4G or LTE only in the Somerset west/ Strand /Gordonsbaai area. Since then I had trouble with the network. Vodacom customer care at Somerset Mall checked out my computer and found nothing wrong as well as the modem. After 3 hrs they said there was nothing wrong with either, but they, at the store have a Network problem. Its been going on for 3 months now and I've logged complaints with Vodacom with no satisfactory response what so ever, although I've got to pay every month my account. I want a credit for, since the change over started, until they are finished when ever, and IF, it is going to be completed.
