Proper process not followed just to get a sale

On 7 April 2012 a mobile contract was approved at Cellucity, Somerset West Mall. The sales person did not verified/checked whether my address/area comply with full satellite reception. When I discovered that I had problems picking up signals I went back and complaint. They argued since it is a mobile internet I can (when I want to use internet) go to a area where I can pick up signal. If they would have checked and shown me on their system my area's reception I would not have taken out the contract. Up to today I have still not been satisfactory helped.
