After making my number prepaid on Vodacom to move to Cell C (which I did seeing cell c cannot pick up a phone) I was promised it would take 24 hours. It has been 48 hours now and still no luck. After phoning numerous times nothing was done and I went to the shop to sort it out (I was promised a call back that never happened) and only when I was at the store everyone jumped into action. Whilst in line I overheard customers in the queue complaining about the bad service too. I cannot help to think I was ignored until I actually went to the store. These people are rude ans extremely unprofessional
