Frustrated!

Hi there,

I know this is not the right forum but i am getting satisfaction. I upgraded and took the package deal with MTN where you get the samsung galaxy pocket phone plus the samsung led TV. this was now 4 weeks ago and i am still waiting for my delivery. MTN blames you guys but i cannot get thru to anyone.

I did the upgrade in Cape Town N1 City Mall MTN and the person who helped me is Anene.

Getting no response from MTN - Phone just ringing in N1 City office and 808 refuses to assist properly. Monethi, Diphapang does not answer me anymore since i sent him the 3rd party form as requested.

i need a response today still please.
