Besides the fact that I have had endless problems with Telkom in the past, this one bothers me the most. On Friday the 31st May I called in to cancel my ADSL line and keep my phone line (reference - TOC802905909). The lady who helped me said that I would receive a call from someone in 72 hours. Now, what I don't understand is that when I went to ask the guys at Telkom Gateway how to go about canceling, the chap said that I just call in and they cancel the ADSL. So why is it that I'm waiting for someone to contact me? Did I mention that I'm still waiting? My intention was to cancel for month end so that I wouldn't have to pay for a new month and still today (03/06/13) my line remains active. Let me tell you that I am gonna make a fuss about having to pay for a new month. I want this fixed!
