Sold debt to 2 componies after debt where settled

In 2008 I have settled an account that Cell C handed over for collection to Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. Attorneys. The same account has been handed over again to DMC Debt Management Consultants in the same year. I have made contact with cell c via facebook and received an sms to say they will look at this querie and gave me a reference number - 3052200947. Sidefree promised to give me a call last week before Friday 16;00 and still no one attended to this matter. We now have a default judgment against my husbands name preventing us from buying a house. Cell C is selling their old debters books to various debt collecting companies resulting that innocent people are affected negatively! Cell C need to sort this out before tomorrow afternoon 16:00 or I will take steps!
