They say they respond but they dont!

I placed a complaint regarding Vodacom on the Hello Peter website about a month ago. In the meantime they have supplied Hello Peter with 2 generic responses stating that they are looking into the matter and that they will be in contact with me. None of this has happened. NO ONE has phoned or contacted me to date! This is deliberately deceitful!
