A complement for a change. I came home this morning after work to find that my Adsl was not working due to a connectivity problem. Using my Android Telkom app on my smart phone I registered a fault. 3 Hours later my issue seems to be resolved and I have had a follow up phone call from a technician to find out if the problem was resolved.

Telkom are definitely moving in the right direction it seems. Thank you :-)
