Consultant with a Bad Attitude

The assistant who helped me with my contract upgrade is having such a bad attitude, unfortunately I have forgotten the name. I did an upgrade with a Nokia Lumia 610 but this consultant never mentioned that the USSD don't work on that phone. I brought the phone within 7 days but they never accepted my request.
