Rude sarcastic agent... shrug with "whatever"

My MTN contract exp in March. I cancelled it and got a ref nr. On Saturday I had 2 go back as info given to me was contradictory to amounts debited. The store opened and we were a group of people waiting so there was a queue. There were 2 ladies at the front and the 1 lady called to the back asking that everyone pls come to the front. It was another wait before Lulu came out, irritation very visible on her face and her "stroll" to the counter. I had the utmost displeasure of being her 1st client. Visibly very annoyed that I interrupted her mrng coffee. She glanced at my ref nr and immediately stated that she won't be able to assist me (no explanation). I asked if I can pay the final amount & just get the matter settled & again she said that I won't be able to pay it there (again no explanation). Eventually got the info with her speaking to me like I'm 2yrs old & rollin eyes@me. Said I'm going 2 report her and her response was shrug & "go for it". I went back (still appalled) to find out if there's a mngr (spoke 2 Michael) & Lulu told me that the male client she's busy with will vouch for her (imagine that?!) when I said that another client actually commented on her attitude and rudeness
