Can't Show Me Proof!!! PART 2

I queried with Cell C in September 2012 why my debit order amount increased from R254.51 to R435.00 after 6-7 months that I did a migration from an open contract to a control chat. I queried again when the chance arised in December, and was told that the call centre agent who did the migration should've disclosed to me that my contract amount (R254.51) didn't include a handset fee of (R199) THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T HAVE CHANGED. So I requested them to pull a copy of the call recording (which Law states they must be able to do so within 7 working days) (REF: 2112701095).

I was contacted by Blanche Opperman from Cell C's Escalations Department that responded to my Hellopeter.com complaint (WHO CONFIRMED THAT I WAS RIGHT, THAT IN THE VOICE RECORDING THE CALL AGENT DID NOT DISCLOSE THE DISPUTE STATED ABOVE!!!) on the 9th of February and told me she will be contacting me again on the 11th of MARCH when my Cell C statement has generated. TOMORROW HER FEEDBACK WILL BE A MONTH DUE. I have exhausted all avenues trying to get hold of her.
PS: I've logged this matter with ICASA aswell as this kind of service can no longer continue.
