Empty Promises

I have lodge a complaint on friday 13th September 2013 and Blanche from Cell C contacted me and inform me that after her investigation she found that my contract was decline due to my credit rating. I did understand that but when i requested the copy of the voice recording between the consultant and myself she had a very bad attitude towards me. She said the recording is the property of Cell C and i cant have a copy, i did even went to say i will pay cause according to me the consultant did mislead me during the conversation. She Blanche then said she will request the voice recording and can play it to me but i cant have a copy cause it is the property of Cell C.It is Thursday the 19th of September and I'm still waiting on her to contact me to play the voice recording.
