I am appalled and disgusted by the fact that any person can be allowed to use your letter headed bill to add amounts and bills without you ever confirming or asking permission from me to authorise such activities on my account. I can accept that maybe it's too much admin for you to contact and inform me of such activities before you deduct money out of my Bank Account (which I have trusted you with), but to say after I contacted you to tell you that I have and do not wish to have a relationship with SMARTCALL, you cannot stop or reverse transactions by such people is both disappointing and concerning, I believe that at the end of the day I should be the one who tells you what you can or cannot allow to be added to my account, and if I ask and tell (reverse and stop such activities) you that you should oblige. I believe that if you put yourself in this position you should also take responsibility for it, so if you maintain the fact that you cannot reverse or stop such activity you also have to provide me with all the documentation and processes required to enter in to a service agreement.
