Disgusting Harrasment for account unrelated to me

For 3 years Autopage has been sending my details to various credit collection agencies with regards to an account that they have acknowledged in writing has nothing to do with me.

I have been harassed, threatened, been told my credit rating has been affected, had my reputation affected and my stress levels have been sent through the roof. The latest call I got today I was told that it is my responsibility to get the company who owes the money to pay or remove my details! This after I have received written confirmation from Autopage last year that I have been removed!

This is beyond a joke! Everytime this situation raises its ugly head again my stress levels go through the roof! What do I need to get this stopped? Do I need to pursue legal action?

I want this resolved TODAY or I will be making an appointment with my lawyer on Tuesday morning.
