MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE VODACOM BRANCH IN PROMENADE TO QUERY WHY MY PHONE IS OUT OF ORDER, AFTER QUEING FOR A WHILE HE GETS TO THE COUNTER AND WAS BRIEFLY ASSISTED BY VANESSA WHO JUST BY THE WAY MENTIONS WE CANT ASSIST YOU, YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THE TECHNITIAN WHO IS SITUATED IN KENILWORTH. WHEN I BOUGHT MY HANDSET I WASNT REFERRED TO GO PURCHASE MY PHONE IN KENILWORTH, I DID IT IN THE STORE IN MITCHELLS PLAIN. NOW WHY SHOULD I TRAVEL AT MY EXPENSE ALL THE WAY TO KENILWORTH, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HERE MY HUSBAND AND I THOUGHT WE WOULD RENEW OUR CONTRACTS AND UPGRADE, HECK NO, YOU HAVE JUST SENT US TO YOUR COMPETITORS. I WOULD RATHER STICK WITH THIS "OUT OF ORDER PHONE" THAN TRAVEL TO KENILWORTH AND PORT MY NUMBER WHEN MY CONTRACT IS OVER SOON.
