Second time for repairs in one week - Useless

I had to take in my phone for repairs which was only 3 months old I got it back within a week, I thought that was really good just to find out that the new device they gave me was in actual fact not new. I had to take in the "new" phone after 6 days with the same problem as the first one. I asked for a loan phone and they gave me the oldest Samsung there is. I will be paying for a BlackBerry Z10 which I was not even able to use!

I cant keep taking time off from work to go back and forth between your stores to try and get this resolved. Your staff are as useless as your website and there is no such thing as any service delivery whatsoever on your side.

You will have this problem fixed as soon as possible because this is now the THIRD WEEK I AM SITTING WITHOU A PHONE, I NEED MY PHONE TO DO MY WORK, IF I GET FIRED WILL YOU HIRE ME?!?!?! THIS IS BREACH OF CONTRACT AS I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I AM CLEARLY NOT GETTING. IF THIS GOES ON TO A FOURTH WEEK I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN
