Had enough of your attitude towards my problem!

I opened my contract in October 2012. I got a Samsung S5300. The phone gave problems from the beginning, kept having to restart it because it wouldn't do anything on the internet. So I took it back two days later. I was not taken seriously as they said that it is just a setting. They 'fixed/changed the setting' but that did not solve the prob. I have now spent 7 months having to restart it everyday just to get it to work, then a month ago it just stopped working. So I took it in and they sent it for repairs it'll take 21 days, after I heard nothing, phoned Somerset mall (my branch) oh it'll be there next week. Friday (4 weeks later!) i phone again, oh its been sitting here since yesterday, did no one phone? Went in they said it was fixed. That night exact same problem, by sunday restarting isn't even working!! I phone customer (6/5/13) service, get passed on to 3 different people, with the result being you have to take it into the branch and send it AGAIN! for repairs! So I am to assume that I will now sit for another two months without a phone! Which I also assume will come back with the same problem. No one offered a loan phone either! I am so unhappy nd wish I didn't go with u!
