My ADSL line has been dropping everyday since the 6 Jan. I have logged a few complaints. The calls get closed but the problem does not get resolved. I am tired of logging calls for the same problem. Telkom's Group CE, Sipho Maseko, claims that customer service is a top priority. When will you resolve my problem? And why can I not get service?
