I send in my iPhone 5s on the 21st of December due alleged water damage. I have still not received my phone repaired or it has not been replaced. Every week they come up with a new excuse. First they send my phone back 3 times because I did not switch the iCloud off. After doing as I was requested, They send me a quote for repair. I send them my insurance details for the first time (vodacom insurance) and they said it was wrong. So after I send the new details, a week later they tell me it's wrong again and my original info had to be send again. This is ridiculous service and my phone I currently being send back not repaired even though I specifically asked them to to keep it as my insurance is being sorted out. It is 4 weeks of waiting for new excuses and so called problems.
