Billings dispute

I have a contract modem with them, in November i used all my data and now they are saying i owe them over R2000 for data used. i have never gone over my limit, all i have been using is the 2gb that they provide me on a monthly basis. i have gone to their Southgate branch and they were not able to resolve my query. I refuse to be robbed blind by a cellphone network. I am always carefull to look at my data balance and always ensure that this is not exceeded. their are months that i use less than a quarter of what is given and i never get reimburesed! now that i decided to use all my data i am being penalised for it and they are coming up with ridiculous amounts. how much data would i have had to use to be in arears R2000???

PLEASE ASSIST ME IN RESOLVING THIS AS I DO NOT HAVE THAT TYPE OF MONEY. I HONESTLY CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR DATA I DID NOT USE.
