OVER CHARGED

Can someone at head office PLEASE explain to me how 1) i paid R2000 toward a 4384.98 bill i was given it does not reflect at all? 2) my phone was cut off and my contract is R400 yet i have a bill 0f 1364, 912.99 and again 1825.98 and 600 there after it was cut off? i have queried the 4384.98 and to date i wait for a manager to phone me hince y it is so in arrears but that ammount i have i refuse to pay! after my phone was cut off i owe no more then 400 a month! and as for charging me for a contract that has ended i wont pay for that either my blackberry contract is up and i did not ask to renew it.
