Your call centre is. So many options and prompts before you get to a call centre consultant, and they can't even help properly.

The main issue is, I pay MTN a lot a month. I chose them because I believed they were the best.
But this uncapped lite pro is the worse. I never get my 3 gig fair usage. Its been two months since I got the deal and so far only got my 3 gig once. the rest of the time i get the slow speed of maximum 28kbs.

rip off man. dont come reply and say I must follow some complaint procedure to get helped. I want to speak to the senior personell

You give my money back, or give me the service i signed up for and that I pay for. I dont want to phone the call centre once a month. I just want it to work smooth every month. How do you even monitor your remaining fair usage.

Just give my 3gig fair usage every month without me having to phone in and query, or make it easy to monitor so that u can control. or allow a function where you can switch between fair usage 3 gig and othe slow speed.

Worse experience with mtn ever, and I give u guys good business got two phone contracts and the internet bundle. the least you can do is give me the service I am paying fo
