Error still not rectified

It is out of extreme frustration that I write this complaint again. I refer to my original complaint dated 09 January 2013. I received a call from Mtn confirming that they did nit explain the different contract options, apologising for the error and requesting my husband to go in and make the necessary changes to which he did at the same time been assured that there will not be any charges for upgrades etc. Today we receive a bill for -R600 reflecting the exact opposite. I am extremely angry now and will be taking the matter to the Ombudsman or CPA if this matter is not resolved immediately. I expect all charges for your error on my account to be reversed since inception and this contact to be cancelled immediately. Do you know in what financial predicaments you can put your customers through for your mistakes. The BIS charge which I was charged incorrectly for two months has also not been reversed. Absolutely pathetic!!!
