Faulty Telkom line

I new Telkom line installed 3 months age. Each month the line is down at least 5 days. The last month I have had no response to my fault being fixed or any indication of how long this will take. I am expected to pay the full amount each month, but not anymore. NO SERVICE - NO FULL payment
