Never going to buy a phone ever from cell c

I took my new samsung galexy pocket back to repairs in 7 days. they did not help me or explain to me about my contract. they gave me a new phone with the same problems. fixed it which took forever, then they told me i must take it in to samsung myself to fix its quicker because it was broken again. Im disgusted by cell c gateway attitude to customer service.
