I just downgraded and opened a new data package with MTN, I've been a loyal supporter for quiet some years, I received my first bill and saw MTN where charging me over R2500 fr down grading, seeing that i was out of contract this should have never been billed to me if the accounts department check paperwork correctly, now i incure cost as they messed me around by sending me from one person to another to resolve the error on MTN side!! they could not stop the debt order, then i phoned the service center back to see when they where reversing the costs, i had the most unhelpful superviser who treated me so poorly and did not help me what so ever, i then had to call back to go through more hassle to issue paperwork for them to reverse the charges!! i have tried severally time and am unable to get through to a consultant, now please explain why i as a client have to go through this hassle and time because of there mistake? i have before received bills with anothers persons name on it before... i what action to be done and urgently by MTN to rectify these charges and the service i recieved!
