Cell C
Low prices, even lower service

I have changed from cellphone supplier about a year ago and took out 2 cell c contracts in the last year. When getting the contracts I had major issues with waiting for phone models and the Cell C shop in Cavendish not coming back to me as promised. I eventually got the phone which was a blackberry, and I took it on today to get fixed as I am having problems with it. There were 2 customers already, and 2 people behind the counter helping. As I walked to the desk no one greeted or asked why I was here but just carried on seeming preoccupied with other things. Understandable, but there were absolute no effort made to assure me that my query will be addresses as soon as possible. Eventually after a few minutes there was a Narveen who asked me what wrong and I told him the phone needs to go in for repair, he asked if I had my POP with me and I said yes. Still he seemed very busy with other stuff and just gave me a book and said here, explaining nothing. I asked him and he indicated what I should fill in. He then just took the book and the phone, without any explanation of duration etc. We might get cheap call rates, but there is definitely a drop in service with this included!
