Horribly Slow Internet

I have been with iBurst for 4 years and I have never had too much of a problem, recently it has become unbearably slow, I receive 10 gigs per month.. however the internet I receive from them is so slow that I would never be able to get close to that in several months. I cant play online, youtube buffers for hours and sometimes sending and receiving emails are near impossible.

I have phone customer service and they give the pathetic troubleshooting ideas, switch the modem off then on, "is it in a good spot? ". I am sick and tired. As soon as I have used up the amount that I have over payed I will burn the modem and go to MWeb. Horrible internet service and I tell everyone I meet before I even know their name.

It is so bad that I had to try over and over to get this on to the site, I kept getting "Request Timed Out"
