My phone has been giving me problems ever since I purchased it from Cell C on contract in November 2012. I took it in in July 2013 to be "repaired" and after 3 weeks of waiting, they gave me back the phone with the same problems.

Now the wifi has stopped working so I took the phone in again two weeks ago and NELLY from the client resolution centre assured me that she would motivate for the phone to be replaced - because I have been paying every month for a working phone and have NEVER had a working phone. So Cell C has not been fulfilling their side of the contract.

NELLY has been very slack in getting back to me, she gave me her email address and no direct number and she DOES NOT REPLY to emails, so when I sent an email to info at cellc, someone new called me and had no idea of my problem. COMMUNICATE WITH EACHOTHER!

Yesterday I received an SMS from the repair centre "quoting" me R2600 to "repair" my phone. Apple informed me that service providers are not permitted to repair Apple devices, so clearly there is something dodgy going on.

GIVE ME A WORKING DEVICE for sake! I have been paying for one! Some one needs to call me immediately! Or cancel my contract!
