No internet service for the past days

All of last week the internet functioned intermittently.
This week I have no internet access at all as the line keeps dropping.
In spite of logging the fault days ago to date we have received no communication nor any response.
every time I call the support line I keep been blown off.
Ref no - 160crk190114. Esclation - 576312.
the 2nd issue is that I find out this week that although I upgraded my line / account and been a charged the higher premium, I was still on the previous setting / slower speed... so much for efficiency and fairness.
but dare you be 1 day late with payment, and watch how many times you are contacted and hounded...
