Change to straight up top up

Change my contract in November 2013 on numbers 072 974 3927 and 084 581 7507 from an open line to a straight up top up and receive a bill of r1308.00 in January 2014. Case no 1311220000026332 on the 11th November confirms that both numbers was is this request to be changed. Richard Pillay is the current Supervisor assisting. Need this line migrate immediately to straight up top up 100 and why cell number 084 581 7507 was not migrated to straight up top up 100. need this difference on my account top be reversed. Will be returning this amount at my bank today.
