Upgrade

I upgraded to a samsung tab, they do not have the drifter in stock which I was supposed to get, si I asked what will I get he tells me a sd card when that comes with the tab, even if it doesn't, the drifter is worth more, I am not a fool, they must give me something to the drifta value, then he says I can only use my network from next month so I asked for a micro prepaid sim, he doesn't have stock. What sort of business are yourll running, he says I must buy from the other store, I paid my upgrade fee there & I want service or you'll can cancel my upgrade!
