Illed almost 10k for 2 weeks email.no response

I have received an email bill of almost ten k from Nashua mobile tygervalley for a 2 week period at the end of '13. I have tried endlessly 2 get hold of my credit controller - I have her name if required- both via email & phone calls & have had no response. I have a softlock at R1200 which was not honoured now the 3rd time in the life of my contract with NM. My phone has already been cut off once & will be again on the 24th & ive been threatened with legal action as I have not pd this bill due to it being an ongoing matter. I have however paid my monthly instalment. I have a full detailed report with all emails sent & calls made should anyone from NM actually be interested as apparently there are no queries on this acc. Pls see the tic nos LJX-3493-0601/IT SJN-2454-0701 Bottom line I have a soft lock on my account at 1200. for nov/dec I was billed well over this when I should've been softlocked. their excuse, we don't guarantee call limits
