This is the second time im writing my complaint. Im very disappointed and disgusted in the service that I received form Vodacom. Its now almost 3 months that Vodacom is sitting with my handset. Initially I was the one that did the running around for 2 months. After I logged my first complaint someone could finally tell me something about my query. They said they have difficulty getting parts and they are willing to offer me a different handset at no additional cost. Guess what, my handset is of more value. I told them I will have to think about it as I am the one that is loosing out. I've emailed them my concerns with the offer they posed of the ARC hanset they wanted to give me. I am still waiting on a response and its just over a week now that I sent them my concerns. I'm paying for 3 months for something I don't have. Is this what Vodacom is all about? Ive been really inconvieance and its so frustrating to be let down over and over and over again. I would like the CEO to get hold of me as im so tired of this mediocre service.
