New Sim / Port / and weeks of promises unmet

4 Months ago difficulty began with (4s) handset that upgrading would only resolve, Supercall reluctant to help was informed of my intention to port, which in the end resulted in me paying up the contract and informing of this intention. At the time to port, between Vodacom and Supercall this simply seemed an impossibility, and the handset which could not be released due to their inefficiencies (after 6 weeks notice) was sourced and delivered by the online guys. They too have not transferred or ported the number I have held for 20 years with Vodacom, so I sit with the same handset that for 6 months has been the bane of my existence, my new handset with SIMs that do not work, and the frustration of having nobody tell me who can resolve this. As a mobile business owner, this cost money. Vodacom and its afflliates seem happy to take R2000 a month and want me to take extra business lines, but simply don't deliver. They wont care about this message either.
