REAL BAD SERVICE -HOW LONG DO THEY NEED???

ON 20 NOV 2012 I WROTE ABOUT MY ORDEAL WITH AUTO PAGE-AFTER MY COMPLAINT I EVEN MANAGED TO GET A REFUND AND A PROMISE THAT ALL WILL BE SORTED OUT BY 12 DEC 2013.WELL THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND I AM STILL GETTING BILLED FOR THOUSANDS WHEN IT SHOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE 360??
IT IS JUST SUCH A PITY THAT ONE HAS TO RESORT TO THIS KIND OF MEDIUM IN ORDER TO GET ANYTHING DONE.THE LAST THING YOU DO IS TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS SHOVE YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST.
WELL LETS HOPE THAT AS HAPPENED THE LAST TIME SOMEONE WILL CALL ME.ALL I AM DOING IS BUILDING MY PAPER TRAIL AS IT SEEMS THAT THIS MATTER WILL INEVITABLY END UP IN SOME LEGAL BATTLE- TOTALLY REDICULOUS
