As of the 03.10.2012 I have been billed for a service called WASP, on the bill it appears as JEMVids at R13.16 per transaction/service around 3 times per day, when I realized this I went in to a Auto page store and they cancelled the service. This was on the 11.12.2012. Auto page told me that they will investigate and request a credit. I then went into the store in January. I was then told that I have registered for this service and I must claim it back from the 3rd party and Autopage has nothing to do with the billing. I withheld some of the payment and I was cut same day. then the next month I was billed for the contract amount and outstanding. All this without even receiving a single thing. In the meantime I have been in contact with Smartcalltech that can't even give me a correct statement of accounts. My understanding of Autopage is that they are the middleman between end use and supplier but this is not the case. My contract has been running with Autopage from 1999, this will change as soon as my contract ends. I thought the saying goes that the customer is always right...
