Continued bad service

Unbelievably it has happened again... this in now 6 months in a row where my account gets paid on time but still both my cell phones get put off.
My second account seems to be the problem, it's a top up account and I pay the amount on the statement (which logically is the same every month) but then I get told that I am in arrears with random amounts. Surely the amount on my bill is the amount that should be paid?
I am also tired of rude and unhelpful call centre agents who don't give a. After almost 10 years with cell c, this is my last contract... I can't wait for it to come to an end so that I can move over to a decent service provider.
I can't begin to describe how tired I am of cell c's bad service.
