Unlawful money taken from non mtn custome

The amount of R445 was taken from my account when I do not have a mtn account. I complained. On Hello Peter and was told that the refund would be processed on the responses when I asked how long it would take I recieved no reply. I went in to the water front store on Sunday to inquire about the refund, the lady was trying to help but advised a manager would call me back on Monday. The assistant emailed the manager while I was standing there to inform him. Manager Allie has not called me to advise me what is going on. The responses I received wanton the 6th Jan 2014. The debit was taken on the 1st Jan 2014. Every one I have spoken to have been unhelpful no one cares about what has happened. I have a email from mtn complaints stating they would love for me to hello petter them. This is ridicules!! I am not or even been a customer to Mtn. I will never allow any of my family to ever be with mtn. Nor will I ever think of taking of any business accounts out with them. I would like mtn to take ownership and give information on to what will be done. I am now passed fed up and am looking to what will be the next form of action.
