Reference No: 85271143 At the end of August we applied for a land and adsl line to be installed in our new home in Hoedspruit. However, since we already had an existing account in Johannesburg, I was advised that a transfer would be easier and could take place in the first week of October 2013. Shortly afterwards we received an sms informing us that there was insufficient infrastructure in the area. The cable from the road to out house was laid in early October in anticipation of the installation. Despite numerous calls to Telkom, we have been unable to get any information regarding this, despite the fact that other people in the area have been getting theirs three weeks since order was initiated. We urgently require communication for our consulting business, and although we have been with Telkom for thirty years, we may have to consider going to Radio Active. Any advice as to who we can contact who might be able to help?
