On the 12/12/13 I bought data. If not used by the 11/01/14 it was going to expire. On the 01/01/14 Cell C loaded me with new data as due at the beginning of the month. They than took my data away, which I have bought before it could reach its expiry date.

I called customer service on the 02/01/14 to inquire. The lady online concluded that, before midnight on the 31/12/13 I had 44MB of data. She does not know what happened to it. So she processed my case. A week later a lady from customer service left a voice mail for me which was unclear, I could not hear a word. Few days later I called back only to find out that the case was closed without being consulted!!! No report was written!

My case was opened again. On the 17/01/14 I received a call from a guy telling me that my data is gone because I used it all. I told him to email me proof of such. I'm still waiting... Later on the day I called customer service and asked the agent to take me through my data activity of the 31/12/13- 01/01/14. His conclusion was that I had 44MB of data remaining which was taken away on the 01/01/14 early morning when they loaded me with new data.
I know I had remaining data that why I complained.
